Close leads generated by our marketing team. Fast Sales cycle - usually within 1 week. Do you have at least 1 year of sales experience? Must be able to learn quick.

Are you a dynamic sales expert ready to lead sales, close deals, and streamline sales processes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships while ensuring smooth order coordination? If so, we want YOU on our team!

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Convert high-quality inbound leads into sales through consultative selling. No cold outreaches needed
2. Identify customer needs and recommend the best fire safety solutions tailored to them.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
4. Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and order processing documentation accurately.
5. Work closely with operations and logistics to coordinate deliveries, training sessions, and installations.
6. Oversee progress billings and track payment collections to maintain a healthy sales cycle.
7. Provide exceptional post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
8. Follow up on inquiries, address customer issues promptly, and identify upselling opportunities.
9. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software and generate sales reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales achiever with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in sales quotations and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in ERP software, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or a similar industry.
• Fresh graduates are open to apply - must be able to learn fast!
