Junior Sales Executive

Position: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 to 1 Year

Compensation: Up to 25K per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and follow up on customer inquiries generated through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for customers at under-construction projects.
• Explain project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and CRM team for lead updates and customer records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the buying journey.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Field Sales.
• Sales Experience in Real Estate Market is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication can preferred.
• Must have own Bike & Driving License.
