Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team, develop customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and pending orders.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

• Master In Business Administration (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
