Junior Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and networking

Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on payments

Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support sales strategy

Assist senior sales managers in mentoring junior staff or coordinating team activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
