Junior Sales / Project Assistant

About the role

Supreme AV is a Hong Kong LED Wall, audio, lighting and AV rental company serving corporate events, galas, exhibitions and productions. We're hiring a Junior Sales Assistant / Project Assistant to support our sales team on quotations, tenders, client follow-up and day-to-day admin. Ideal for fresh graduates or people with 0–2 years' experience who want to learn sales operations from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, format and manage sales documents: quotations, invoices, purchase orders and contracts
• Help compile, format and submit tender / project proposals accurately and on deadline
• Follow up with clients on enquiries, document collection, payment status and post-sales admin
• Maintain the sales database: case registration, pipeline updates and client records
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits and calendar appointments for the sales team
• Provide all-round clerical and administrative support to keep sales operations running smoothly

About you

• Secondary 5 / diploma / degree or above — fresh graduates welcome
• 0–2 years' experience (admin, sales support, internship or part-time counts)
• Organised, detail-minded and reliable with deadlines
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Excel is a plus
• Clear written Chinese and English; Cantonese for daily communication
• Eager to learn; positive attitude and willing to take on multiple small tasks
• Internship or part-time in admin, sales support, events or project coordination (nice to have)
• Basic Excel / CRM experience (nice to have)
• Interest in AV, events or MICE (nice to have)
