The Junior Sales Representative builds customer relationships and contributes to sales growth while helping our customers stay connected every day.

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll help our customers access free or discounted services. You'll guide them through the enrollment and sales process, help them understand their options, and make sure they get the connectivity they need. The Junior Sales Representative role is all about impact, because we understand that connectivity isn't just about convenience, it's about opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Representative

• Meet with our customers in person and introduce them to simple, affordable mobile plans and devices that help them stay connected with loved ones and work.
• Find out their needs in person through sales conversations and explain our service in simple terms, highlighting how these plans can save them money.
• Verify their documents on the spot to quickly qualify them for low-cost mobile services that can improve their daily communication and access to resources.
• Quickly process enrollments, activate SIM cards, and distribute devices using mobile apps, providing a seamless experience that encourages sign-ups.
• Answer questions honestly about network coverage and device features, emphasizing how these affordable plans can improve their digital access and daily convenience.
• Focus on how affordable plans help customers stay connected with loved ones, access educational resources, and handle daily tasks more easily.

Qualifications of the Junior Sales Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Independent worker with strong initiative and adaptability.
• Resilient attitude to handle objections and maintain focus on sales goals.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced sales or outreach environments.

Pay: $54,322.63 - $65,420.80 per year
