About the Role

As our Junior Sales Representative for the German speaking market , you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in a sector set for rapid growth. Your mission is to drive new sales, establish key accounts, and grow our existing client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills in a rapidly advancing field while working within a vibrant, multicultural environment alongside young professionals and experienced mentors.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth : Consistently generate new sales and meet established sales targets.

Develop New Accounts : Establish, manage, and cultivate relationships with new clients across all German speaking markets (Germany, Austria & Switzerland).

Nurture Existing Accounts : Sustain and expand current accounts, providing unparalleled customer service.

Market Intelligence : Gather, analyse, and report on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.

Support Operations : Assist the Sales Director and General Manager with market analysis, forecasting, and general administrative support.

Manage Customer Orders : Process orders, communicate with clients, and oversee stock control to ensure smooth transactions.

Negotiate & Close Deals : Conduct price and contract negotiations, focusing on maximizing profitability and ensuring client satisfaction.

Travel : Be prepared to travel for in-person meetings and industry events as needed.

Your Profile

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in international B2B sales.

Language Skills

: Native-level German and professional English both verbal and written.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any relevant administrative tools.

Engineering background: Not a must but definitely a big PLUS

Personal Qualities : Strong communicator and negotiator with a team-oriented mindset. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Driver license: Active driver with B class driving license.
