We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Junior Sales Representative, internally known as a Junior Account Manager, to help more local businesses succeed. If you’re energized by people, eager to learn, and passionate about your community - this might be your next big step.

What You'll Do:

You’ll work with new and existing business clients to:

• Prospect for business through outbound calling and local outreach
• Support long-term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
• Coordinate and book discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals
• Build pitch decks for radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow
• Coordinate with our support and accounts teams to fulfill client orders
• Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates
• Use tools and sales planning systems to help account managers hit their targets

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
