Junior Sales Representative

About the role

Sutra Adv Group is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in sales and customer engagement. You will receive training, guidance, and hands-on experience while working with our team on face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns. No prior sales experience is required as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote our clients' products and services
• Engage with customers through face-to-face sales activities
• Participate in events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Support the team in achieving daily and campaign sales targets
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
• Provide feedback and updates on customer interactions and sales activities
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing our clients

About you

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields is an advantage
• Candidates with or without sales experience are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
