Junior Sales Representative

Job Timings: 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists and call scripts.
• Pitch company services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Qualify prospect interest and schedule sales presentations or product demos for Senior Executives.
• Execute structured follow-up calls to nurture potential leads through the sales funnel.
• Log all call activity, call dispositions, client notes, and follow-up tasks accurately in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including outbound call volume, connect rates, and qualified lead conversions.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates demonstrating exceptional communication ability are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent, articulate, and clear verbal communication skills with a confident telephone voice.
• Strong objection-handling abilities and resilience in a call-heavy environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, telesales, or customer support is a preferred, but not required.

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
