Junior Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level retail sales position focused on representing products and services directly to customers in retail locations.

The Junior Sales Representative will interact with customers face-to-face, learn about their needs, explain available products and services, and assist them through the sales process. No previous sales experience is required, and training is provided to help new team members develop their sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent products and services on behalf of our clients in retail locations.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face retail interactions.
• Learn about customers' needs and provide information about relevant products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options clearly and accurately.
• Provide professional and helpful customer service.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
• Follow company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required.
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face retail environment.
• Ability to listen to customers and communicate information clearly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but are not required.

Training & Growth

This is an entry-level position with paid training. New team members receive training on products, customer interactions, sales procedures, and company expectations.

The goal is to provide employees with the knowledge and practical experience needed to develop their skills in retail sales, customer service, and professional communication.

Work Environment

This is an in-person retail sales position. Junior Sales Representatives work at designated retail locations and interact directly with customers during scheduled shifts.

Pay: $53,600.00 - $64,700.00 per year
