Junior Sales Representative - US Shift

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join a U.S.-focused telehealth brand.

You will speak with warm leads who have already shown interest in our services. Your role is to explain the service and pricing, handle objections, follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with warm leads by phone.
• Explain the service, pricing and subscription terms clearly.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Guide customers through the secure payment process.
• Update customer information and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Meet individual conversion, revenue and quality targets.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• At least one year of phone-sales experience.
• Strong sales orientation and a genuine desire to close.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Good communication, listening and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable discussing prices and requesting payment.
• Target-driven, disciplined and comfortable working with KPIs.
• Able to sell confidently without misleading or pressuring customers.

Relevant Experience/Skills:

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Forex, E-Commerce, and other consumer sales environments is a plus
• Experience in doing sales for U.S. based customers is preferred
