Junior Sales Representatives - Bureau De Change (BDC)

About the role

Perform customer transactions for BDC-designated products and services, demonstrating a proactive, positive, and sales-driven approach in delivering BDC products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform customer transactions for BDC-designated products and services
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and sales-driven approach in delivering BDC products and services
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
• Work as a team with the Supervisor and Officer In Charge to increase sales and achieve revenue targets
• Actively participate in cross-product sales activities of the Bank's approved products and services at the BDC
• Update daily trading rates
• Ensure reconciliation and submissions are completed within stipulated timelines
• Perform housekeeping duties and ensure proper document management, maintaining confidentiality at all times

About you

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Proficient in English
• Strong mathematical and calculation skills
• Able to work on shift rotation
• High integrity with good customer service skills
• Position placement at KLIA/KLIA2/KUC/KKIA/PIA
