• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow.
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements.
• Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• College or University Graduate.
• Basic understanding and some hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with or exposure to Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Basic spoken and written English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Certifications

• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Nice to have: Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Java, HTML/CSS for LWC components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages.
