Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce automation tools. The ideal candidate will support the development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

This role is suited for developers with foundational Salesforce development experience who are eager to build their technical skills while contributing to custom applications, workflow automation, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Build and enhance Salesforce functionalities based on business and technical requirements.
• Configure and develop Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and workflows.
• Implement and maintain Apex triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex for background processing and asynchronous operations.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and other platform components.
• Assist in integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs when required.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and other team members to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing or maintaining Salesforce Flows and process automation.
• Familiarity with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, data relationships, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Work setup: Hybrid, with 2–3 onsite days per week
• Schedule: Dayshift

Pay: Php43,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
