Junior Salesman-Reliever

Responsible for providing operational support as a Delivery Helper and Reliever Salesman, assisting in product delivery, loading, inventory, sales, collection, merchandising, and outlet servicing. Ensures proper handling and documentation of products and supports the Salesman in achieving distribution, sales, and collection objectives.

A. Delivery Helper Duties

• Assists in accurate loading, stocking, and safe transport of products to assigned outlets.
• Assists the delivery crew in proper product handling to prevent damages and Bad Orders (BO).
• Assists in preparing products for delivery and sale to outlets.
• Secures acknowledgment of deliveries through properly signed delivery slips.
• Receives and properly documents Bad Order (BO) returns from outlets.
• Assists in monitoring truck and outlet stocks to prevent stock-outs, overstock, and product losses.

B. Salesman-Reliever / Agent Duties

• Assists in achieving distribution, sales, collection, product placement, and merchandising objectives in assigned outlets.
• Ensures proper product pricing, display, placement, and monitoring of re-orders.
• Ensures complete and accurate daily submission of collections and required reports to Accounting.
• Assists in maintaining proper inventory and minimizing illegitimate BO and stock returns.
• Reports truck-related concerns and assists in ensuring proper vehicle maintenance.
• Assists in the implementation of Marketing Programs, product promotions, and new product placements.
• Maintains good customer and trade relations with assigned outlets.
• Monitors market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and other relevant trade information.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php19,431.00 - Php21,350.00 per month
