Junior Secretary

Due to business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our fast expanding team with major responsibilities:-

• Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Director
• Prepare and handle various type of documents, including correspondence and accounts report etc.
• Handling travelling arrangement and provide logistic support
• Prepare business reports to support the management in strategic planning
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Some relevant experience in office administration but not essential, fresh graduates are welcome
• Cheerful, smart, responsible, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Proficient in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power-point & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
