Junior / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• To assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager, or Project Team in project documentation and contract administration.
• To assist in taking-off quantities and measurements for construction projects.
• To request and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• To assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• To verify work done by subcontractors and assist in joint site measurements when required.
• To involve in project development and liaison with authorities.
• To assist in preparing variation orders, remeasurement, and final accounts.
• To support project coordination and liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities when necessary.
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity with good exposure in property development or construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Junior)

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity with good exposure in property development or construction industry. (Senior)

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Survey.

• Dedicated and hardworking.

• Experienced with AUTOCAD will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• Tech-savvy and computer proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel as per projects basis
