Junior Service and Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, technician visits and job completion. Maintain technician records, attendance, availability and job allocation. Track pending and completed service jobs and ensure timely follow-ups. Collect and maintain service reports and handover documents. Verify service bills and maintain technician payment records. Submit service bills and supporting documents to the Accounts team on time. Support service-related sales enquiries and customer communication. Update daily service reports and job trackers. Coordinate with Service, Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations. Follow company policies, maintain accurate records and promptly escalate service-related issues.

Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email. Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills. Good customer-handling skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and complete tasks within timelines.

Qualification: Any Graduate and Undergraduate is preferred

Salary: 12K – 14K (As per interview performance and company norms)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
