Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to IT queries via voicemail, email and fax.
- Provide L1 troubleshooting for desktop, LAN, WAN, infrastructure and voice service issues.
- Track incidents, resolve technical problems and escalate unresolved cases.
- Assist with user account administration, activation, changes and terminations.
Requirements:
- Min. 6 monthsof IT technical support or call centre experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Outlook and Active Directory is an advantage.
