JUNIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

About the role

PT MT Tools Indonesia is looking for a motivated and technically-minded Junior Service Engineer to join our team. We welcome Fresh Graduates, including SMK/STM graduates, who are interested in industrial machinery, CNC machines, automation, and technical service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
• Assist senior engineers during machine installation and service visits.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist with machine operation.
• Conduct machine testing and ensure machines are operating according to specifications.
• Prepare service reports and document technical activities.
• Travel to customer sites when required.
• Communicate with overseas machine manufacturers regarding technical issues and solutions.
• Continuously learn and develop technical knowledge related to CNC and industrial machinery.

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum SMK/STM or D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings or electrical diagrams is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to learn and work directly with industrial machinery.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customer locations when required.
• Basic English proficiency is an advantage.
