Aim Of The Project:

• Coordinating post-implementation services and support processes in our partner’s system integration environment
• Junior Service Manager is responsible for supporting the stable operation of systems, tracking service requests, and coordinating the involved resources
• This position is not a classic project management role, but mainly focused on Service Management / post-implementation support management
• Work in a regulated, corporate environment with long-term collaboration
• Independently handling operational and service tasks

Requirements

• Experience in: energy, finance, government, IT industries
• Corporate IT background
• Advantage: experience in SAP projects
• English and Hungarian language knowledge
