Junior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, development, testing, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management (ITSM), JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Reporting.

The role involves platform configuration, workflow automation, scripting, testing, documentation, and deployment activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Write and maintain JavaScript for platform customizations and business requirements.
• Assist with functional testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and test documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team activities.
• Support application deployments and releases, following established change management and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration and platform configuration.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with technical documentation and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Practical experience supporting ServiceNow configuration, automation, scripting, and reporting activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile delivery environment
