Vivid Graphic Group is a growing signage and printing business based in Brendale, and we're looking for another motivated, hands-on person to join our team!

We're after someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. No previous signage experience is required — we're happy to teach the right person.

This position will initially be part-time, working approximately 16–24 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time signwriting apprenticeship for the right person.

It's a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the workforce, gain practical experience and build a long-term career in a creative, hands-on industry.

THE ROLE

You'll be working alongside our existing team, including our current apprentice, helping with the day-to-day production and installation of a wide variety of signage.

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping wrap a vehicle, the next you'll be out installing signage for a local business or producing large-scale signs in our workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the production and assembly of signage.
• Helping with on-site signage installations.
• Preparing vehicles and surfaces for vinyl graphics and wraps.
• Weeding, laminating and preparing printed graphics.
• Learning to operate professional printing and production equipment.
• Assisting with CNC-cut signage and custom fabrication projects.
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and running efficiently.
• General workshop duties and helping the team wherever needed.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not expecting you to know everything. What's most important to us is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to get involved.

Ideally, you'll be someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and ready to work.
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work.
• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Is keen to learn new skills and take on challenges.
• Works well with others and can follow instructions.
• Isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Shows initiative and can work independently when required.
• Has a driver's licence or reliable transport to Brendale.
• Is interested in developing a long-term career and potentially undertaking an apprenticeship.

School leavers and those looking to start their first trade career are encouraged to apply.
