What they need
- Assist in monitoring daily construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and methods.
- Read and understand architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Track daily accomplishments, manpower, equipment, materials, and work progress; prepare daily/progress reports.
- Assist in site inspections, identify discrepancies or non-conforming work, and coordinate inspections/testing with QA/QC.
- Assisting in verify delivered materials against approved specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection checklists, punch lists, photographs, reports, and other construction records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, workers, suppliers, QA/QC, Safety personnel, and other project team members.
- Participate in toolbox and coordination meetings and comply with project safety requirements.
- Report site activities, progress, observations, problems, and concerns to the APM, PM, SPM, and supervising engineers.
- Accept instructions, feedback, and corrective actions while developing practical construction and project management skills.
- Maintain timely reporting, coordination and consultation with supervisor (APM, PM, SPM) to ensure smooth project communication and execution.
- Responsible in complying with KTMS.PH (IMS) procedures, work instructions of related processes based on the implemented Integrated Management System.
- Completion of all KTMS.PH (IMS) documented information within the deadline, particularly with forms, checklists and/or other records necessary to the related processes, internal or external
- Any task in relation to the designation directed by Immediate Supervisor or Top Management.
