Junior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Engineer, Consultant, and Contractor.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing day-to-day site works.
• Support the Site Engineer in ensuring work meets project requirements, quality standards, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Assist in resolving site-level issues in coordination with senior engineers and stakeholders.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site records.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the concerned team.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1-4 years of relevant site experience in construction/project execution
• Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and basic engineering practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Willingness to work at project/site locations.
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and a positive learning attitude.
