Key responsibilities
- Inspects site work to check quality and verify correct material usage
- Resolves technical issues and answers questions from contractors and clients
- Enforces safety rules and ensures all workers wear protective gear
- Coordinates schedules with project managers, architects, and suppliers
- Prepares daily reports and tracks project progress
- Prepares Method of statements and RAs
About you
- Holds a diploma in civil or structural engineering
- Reads blueprints and technical drawings with high accuracy
- Knows local codes and building regulations
- Communicates clearly to lead teams and guide workers
- Ability to mange all stakeholders including clients
- Good verbal and written skills
