Junior Site Engineer

About the role

Projaya Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to join our Civil/Structural Engineering team in a full-time capacity. Based in Bukit Raja, Selangor, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop practical site experience whilst working on dynamic infrastructure projects. As a Junior Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and contributing to the successful completion of construction activities on site.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards

• Assisting in the coordination and supervision of construction activities and site operations

• Recording and documenting site progress & daily logs

• Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and site documentation

What we're looking for

• A Diploma/bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in civil or structural engineering, either through internships, graduate schemes, or junior roles

• Sound understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building practices

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Willingness to spend considerable time on site and ability to work in varying weather conditions
