JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER

WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team and assist in the supervision, monitoring, and coordination of our construction and development projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monitoring and supervising ongoing construction and development activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Assist in checking construction materials, quantities, and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, workers, and other project personnel.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Identify and report construction issues, delays, or concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a valid PRC License is an advantage.
• Preferably with relevant internship/OJT or site experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and basic project management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering software is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work in a field/project environment.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
