What they need
Drawing Verification & Measurement: Review approved shop drawings and take precise on-site dimensions to ensure fabricated aluminium profiles and glass panels fit structural openings.
Installation Supervision: Oversee installation crews erecting curtain walls, windows, doors, and glass handrails to maintain strict alignment, plumb, and level.-
Quality & Material Control: Inspect incoming materials for defects and monitor the precise application of structural silicones, gaskets, and weather seals to prevent water leakage.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols for heavy glass related works, high-level working at heights, and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
Progress Documentation: Track daily site output, coordinate with civil and MEP trades, and maintain proper work progress documents from initial stage to final handing over.
0–1 year of UAE experience
BE Civil Engineering or related field
