We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to assist in daily site operations. No prior specialization is needed—just a willingness to learn, a commitment to safety, and a desire to grow. What you will be responsible for:

• Assist in overseeing daily activities to keep projects on track.
• Learn to inspect structural works (including post-tensioning) against drawings and quality standards.
• Help enforce site safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident culture.
• Assist in managing general workers and communicating with contractors.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports for the Project Engineer.
• Identify basic on-site issues and escalate them for timely resolution.

Who We Are Looking For:

• SPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply—training will be provided!
• Possesses own transport (motorcycle)
• Willing to relocate based on project site.
• Site Location: Semenanjung Malaysia or Sarawak depending on project assigned.
