Junior Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to support Midas PR’s internal social media presence as well as our clients across multiple platforms. This role will assist in content planning, creation, scheduling, and performance tracking to help grow brand visibility and engage online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Contribute to concept creation—generating content ideas that align with current trends, brand identity, and client objectives
• Write engaging copy in both Thai and English, in line with each client’s tone of voice and communication style
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and campaign development
• Assist in compiling performance reports with key insights and takeaways

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count!)
• Excellent command of English and Thai language to effectively cater to local and international clients
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and basic metrics
• Bachelor’s degree graduate with specialisation in marketing communications or advertising
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms
• Equipped with strong conceptual and presentation skills, comfortable in face-to-face client communications
• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• A background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
