Junior Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Manager to help manage our social media presence, create engaging content and support our digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.

• Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories and other social media content.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Track basic social media performance and provide updates.

• Stay updated with social media trends, trending formats and content ideas.

• Coordinate with the video editing and content teams.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of major social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of content creation, scheduling and audience engagement.

• Creative mindset with good communication and organizational skills.

• Awareness of current social media trends.

• Willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas.

Preferred

• Freshers with good social media knowledge are welcome.

• Previous internship or experience in social media/digital marketing is an advantage.
