Job Summary

As the Junior Social Media Manager, you will support the management and growth of client social media accounts through content planning, publishing, community management, trend monitoring, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure content aligns with each client's brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across assigned client social media accounts

• Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and coordinate content execution with creative teams

• Monitor trends, conversations, competitors, and audience behaviour to identify relevant content opportunities

• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions appropriately

• Track social media performance and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations

• Support campaign execution while ensuring content remains consistent with client brand guidelines and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience in Social Media Management

• Previous experience within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, or Integrated Marketing Agency is mandatory

• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging social platforms

• Experience with content planning, community management, social media analytics, and reporting tools

• Strong writing, communication, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts
