Junior Software Developer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and practical training in computer fundamentals and software development.
• Train students on programming basics (Python / Java / JavaScript or equivalent).
• Teach fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
• Introduce database concepts and basic SQL operations.
• Guide students in writing, testing, and debugging simple programs.
• Conduct assessments, practical exams, and maintain trainee records.
• Follow NSDC/SSC curriculum, session plans, and assessment standards.
• Maintain computer lab, systems, software, and training materials.
• Support students in basic employability skills and project work.
• Coordinate with the Center Manager for reporting and compliance.
• Support for mobilization activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of computer fundamentals and programming concepts
• Practical teaching and demonstration skills
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to maintain reports and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience as Computer Trainer or Junior Software Developer
• Experience in Skill Development / NSDC projects preferred
• ToT / Trainer certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
