Junior Software Engineer - Frontend

Job Summary

The Software Engineer Frontend will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and scalable front-end applications.
• Build user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement efficient state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
• Optimize application performance and build processes using Webpack.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Follow clean code practices and maintain code quality standards.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and design teams for seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues effectively.
• Use Git for version control and maintain proper code repository practices.

Specific Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern styling approaches.
• Experience in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit).
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and Vite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
