Job Description

We are hiring a Software Engineer to work on our Android and iOS mobile applications. The app is built using React Native, one of the most popular cross-platform frameworks. Our mobile application provides the way for millions of people around Indonesia to get the fairest financial service solutions: from interbank domestic transfer, lifestyle product purchases, to sending money to your overseas friend, your code will be making impactful life improvements to the users. As a mobile application software engineer, you are the hero that we rely on to make our product initiatives happen on the users' phone.

About Consumer Experience & Growth Team

In the Consumer Experience & Growth team at Flip.id, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing group responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the end-to-end process of user experience (Login, Register, Homepage Personalization, Notification, KYC, Subscription, Promo Engine, etc.). Our mission is to deliver seamless and efficient consumer experiences. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our direction and drive innovation as we expand. You’ll be involved in creating and launching new products, improving the user journey, conducting experiments, integrating partner services, and handling operational issues. What you'll do

• Develop a highly maintainable and reliable mobile application.
• Write clean and tested code in React Native.
• Coordinate with other teams on building and managing our world-class mobile application.
• Write an automated test to ensure our app is bug-free in a fast way.
• Implement tech excellence in React Native development environment.

What you'll need

• Experience in building an application using React Native - TypeScript (minimum 1 year);
• Experience in Mobile App Native Development such as Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is a plus;
• Familiar with GIT and its principles;
• Solid understanding of clean code;
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand or other libraries;
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently;
• Strong knowledge in testing (unit test or instrument test) is a plus;
• Experience in handling Back-End processes.
