Junior Software Engineer – WordPress, Zoho & Odoo

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to support the development, customisation, and maintenance of client projects across WordPress, Zoho, and Odoo. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, learning new platforms, and turning business requirements into reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Configure and customise Zoho applications, including workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Assist with developing and maintaining Odoo modules and business workflows.
• Connect platforms and third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and improve application performance.
• Perform routine updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Test changes before deployment and document configurations and development work.
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide project updates.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting.
• Basic understanding of Odoo configuration and module development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple projects.

Candidates with practical experience in one or more of these platforms and a willingness to learn the others are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, freelance work, and personal projects will be considered.
