Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Programmer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have basic programming knowledge and an understanding of databases, debugging, software testing, and documentation. The candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and improving software applications under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code for software applications based on project requirements.
• Assist in developing software modules and implementing new features.
• Identify and fix basic coding errors and bugs.
• Perform basic database operations and write simple SQL queries.
• Support software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in application deployment, maintenance, and performance improvements.
• Follow coding standards and use version control tools such as Git.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team members to complete assigned tasks on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in software development or programming.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or C#/.NET.
• Understanding of databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, and web development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with coding, debugging, and software testing.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
