Junior Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Jr. Software QA Analyst)

About the role

As a Junior Software QA Analyst at ObjectBright, you'll help make sure our applications are reliable, user-friendly, and ready for production. You'll get hands-on experience with test automation, AI tools, and modern QA practices while working alongside our Development, Design, and Project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply ObjectBright's QA processes, testing strategies, and best practices
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports
• Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright + VS Code
• Explore and use AI tools to make testing smarter and more efficient
• Review business and functional requirements and identify potential issues early
• Document bugs, testing results, and evidence throughout the development lifecycle
• Work closely with Developers, Designers, Project Leads, and UAT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Help ensure that applications meet requirements before going live
• Perform routine system checks to keep applications stable and reliable
• Contribute ideas that can improve our QA processes and overall product quality

About you

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related IT field
• 6 months to 1 year of Software QA experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
