Job Description

Autokroma is looking for a Junior Software Support professional to assist users with software-related concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable day-to-day application support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for software and application issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and identify possible solutions.
• Assist users with software installation, configuration, and basic system setup.
• Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely manner.
• Document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT or development teams.
• Assist with software updates, testing, and system maintenance.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides.
• Maintain good communication with users and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with databases, networking, or programming concepts is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant junior-level experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a technical team.
