Junior Sourcing Engineer初级采购工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 *Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sourcing Supervisor or SCM in the development, screening, evaluation, and maintenance of suppliers; establish and refine the supplier database to ensure the stability and cost-efficiency of the supply chain.
• Be responsible for the follow-up of daily procurement orders, including order issuance, delivery schedule tracking, and coordination of goods acceptance, so as to ensure that procured materials are delivered on time, in compliance with quality standards, and in sufficient quantity to meet the needs of production and business operations.
• Assist in conducting market research, collect various procurement-related information (including but not limited to price, quality, delivery cycle, and industry trends), and provide data support for procurement decision-making to optimize procurement costs.
• Cooperate with the Quality Department to handle quality abnormalities of procured materials, communicate and negotiate with suppliers on matters such as return, replacement, and rectification, and minimize quality risks.
• Collate procurement-related documents and reports, and properly file procurement records to ensure the traceability of the entire procurement process.
• Communicate efficiently with internal departments (including Production, R&D, and Quality Departments) to clarify procurement requirements and coordinate the resolution of various connection issues during the procurement process.
• Fulfill other procurement-related tasks assigned by superiors in a timely and efficient manner. *Job Requirements：
• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or other related majors, with a solid foundation in professional knowledge.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience; candidates with procurement experience in mechanical and electronic products will be given priority. Familiarity with basic procurement processes and supply chain management is required.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, capable of reading English procurement documents and supplier materials fluently, and fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Energetic, with strong learning ability and the ability to work under pressure, teamwork.
• Core Competencies: Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at interpersonal interaction, and able to effectively liaison with suppliers and internal departments; clear logical thinking, with basic cost awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
• Other Requirements: Possess a serious and responsible work attitude, be meticulous and rigorous; have good professional ethics and team spirit; proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
