In search of a culinary wizard who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard. A Junior Sous Chef is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the desire to learn. This individual is comfortable leading and training others and has a working knowledge of ordering, inventory, and costing standards.

Requested Tasks

• Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance
• Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards ensuring excellence and thoughtfulness
• Assist with inventory oversight
• Bring innovative and exciting menu options for consideration

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef highly preferred
• Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards
• Guest-first mentality; excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Prior team leadership highly preferred
