Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our Pecatu, South Kuta, Bali establishment. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and the kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and quality. This position is crucial to maintaining our reputation for exceptional cuisine and outstanding guest experiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen, preferably in a hospitality or fine dining environment

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods and food safety standards

• Culinary qualifications or formal training in professional cooking

• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff effectively

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks during service

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing kitchen demands and requirements

• Domiciled in Bali, able to join immediately
