What they need
Looking for aJunior Sous with Hot section experience for a winelands upmarket restaurant.
Maintain and manage the section stock
Work efficiently and clean
Work in a high pressure enviroment
Needs to have a qualification and at least 3 years experience
Market related salary. Depending on experience
Needs to have own transport for evening shifts, therefor own transport is essential.
We require a trial shift to be worked as part of the interview format - 09:00-15:30
