A new restaurant opening in 2027 is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership and help develop a disciplined, high-performing team. Key responsibilities

• Support senior chefs in pre-opening preparations and daily kitchen operations.
• Coordinate mise en place and oversee assigned sections during service.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and timing.
• Train and guide junior colleagues through clear, constructive feedback.
• Support recipe testing, stock control and waste reduction.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation standards.

About you

• Fine-dining experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an accomplished Chef de Partie ready to progress.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to coordinate a busy section.
• Effective kitchen communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• A calm, organised approach under pressure.
• High personal standards, accountability and respect for colleagues.
• A hands-on leadership style and a genuine drive to improve team performance.
