Junior Sous Chef (Hotel - Melaka)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring efficient food preparation.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Supervise and support kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize stock shortages and food wastage.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka (Portuguese Settlement Area).
