Are you an experienced Spa Therapist who is ready for the next step in your career?

Bali BISA is looking for an Indonesian Spa Therapist who would like to develop into a professional Spa Trainer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys massage and wellness, likes working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in education and professional spa training.

You will work with both Indonesian and international students, demonstrate professional massage and spa treatments, support students during practical sessions, and gradually develop your confidence and skills as a trainer.

What You’ll Do

• Teach and support students during practical training
• Demonstrate professional massage and spa treatments
• Help students improve their practical skills and confidence
• Share Balinese wellness treatments, techniques, and traditions
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, products, and training materials
• Work closely with our senior trainers and Training Manager
• Support assessments and practical learning activities
• Continue developing your own teaching and professional qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Indonesian citizen, male or female
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist
• Able to communicate in English
• Friendly, patient, professional, and responsible
• Confident demonstrating treatments
• Enjoys helping and guiding others
• Interested in becoming a trainer
• Willing to complete tutor development training
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous teaching experience is not required.
We will provide training and support to help you develop from Spa Therapist into Spa Trainer.
