Junior Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Specialist – Design to join our Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the final checking and validation of design-related files and data required for the generation of Burn-in Boards (BIB), while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Check design files and information to make sure they are complete and accurate.
• Review documents and samples for repeat orders.
• Prepare basic forms and documents needed for production.
• Create and update files used for the assembly and production process.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding design changes and approvals.
• Assist in checking and updating design-related files and programs.
• Organize and maintain proper records and file versions.
• Perform final checking of files before they are used for production.
• Support the Design Team in meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or graduate of a vocational course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in design-related processes is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work in a technical/design environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
