Qualifications:

• Must be accurate and detail-oriented; Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work or currently residing in Iloilo City

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting and contributing to the development and implementation of Talent Development Road Map and Learning Management System for all positions under Sales & Marketing Division;
• Serving as a Technical Trainer for new SOP and key systems training under the assigned Business Channels
• Providing prompt assistance and establishing active communication to the Division Heads and Immediate Supervisors.
